Suggestions for Improvement: Understanding and belief in your mission will add to your enthusiasm for your role. Try to understand why even uninteresting tasks must be done.

Consider the following situation on your own: One of your friends offers you a file with the answers to all the final exams on it. You have worked hard all semester and you just need to study to finish the semester. You want to maintain your enthusiasm, but you are also tired because it is the end of the semester.

What do you do? Try to think of a few different things you could do (positive, negative, and neutral). What might the results of your actions be?

Collaboration

For a small group, each student presents their ideas to the whole class. Provide opportunity for positive feedback from peers or support if they are struggling to think of ideas.
