Introduction
Justice is a leadership trait. Justice is the practice of being fair and consistent. A just person gives consideration to each side of a situation and bases rewards or punishments on merit. Suggestions for Improvement: Be honest with yourself about why you make a particular decision. Avoid favoritism. Try to be fair at all times and treat all things and people in an equal manner.
How might a sense of fairness help you achieve your goals?
What might be some ways to practice being fair this week? What might be the outcome?

Critical Thinking
Consider the following situation on your own: You get a score on a project with which you do not agree. You feel like you worked hard on it, but your teacher does not agree. Should you challenge the grade or just move on and try to do better in the future?
What do you do? Try to think of a few different things you could do (positive, negative, and neutral). What might the results of your actions be?
-
Collaboration
For a small group, each student presents their ideas to the whole class. Provide opportunity for positive feedback from peers or support if they are struggling to think of ideas.
For a larger group, divide students into small groups and have students present their ideas to the small group. Provide opportunity for positive feedback from peers or support if they are struggling to think of ideas.
