Introduction
Integrity means you are honest and truthful in what you say or do. You put honesty, sense of duty, and sound moral principle above all else. When people have integrity, what they think, promise, say and do are identical. They have unshakable character. They have our trust and respect. They also have a good reputation because they are reliable and responsible.
Suggestions for Improvement: Be absolutely honest and truthful at all times. Stand up for what you believe to be right.

How can you demonstrate integrity this week? What might be the outcomes?

Critical thinking
Consider the following situation on your own: You work as the lead counselor at a really fun summer camp. You mentor several four younger counselors-in-training (CITs). At the end of the summer, a parent thanks you for all your hard work and tells you how much their child loved camp as a result of the hard work you and your CITs. She hands you a $100 as a tip. Your camp has a policy stating that tips from parents are acceptable at the end of camp. You thank the parents for this generous tip. You wonder if you should keep the tip or divide it (maybe evenly or maybe not evenly) between you and your CITS.
What do you do? Try to think of a few different things you could do (positive, negative, and neutral). What might the results of your actions be?
-
Collaboration
For a small group, each student presents their ideas to the whole class. Provide opportunity for positive feedback from peers or support if they are struggling to think of ideas.
